We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will my order be processed?
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days from the order date and shipped on the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends.
During public holidays or sale periods, processing times may take slightly longer. UK delivery typically takes approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the product and destination.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Why am I receiving my items in separate packages?
It’s normal for items to arrive in separate packages. To ensure faster delivery, our products may be shipped from different warehouses depending on availability.
All shipping times exclude customs clearance delays.
Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
The prices displayed on our website are listed in British Pounds (GBP). Depending on your location and order value, customs duties or import taxes may apply once your order reaches its destination.
